Every great project starts with one simple step: getting completely clear on what you actually need your systems to achieve. We don’t just hand you a generic template; we dig in with your team to pin down your technical requirements, look at what your existing infrastructure can handle, and map out where everything needs to connect. Through hands-on collaborative workshops and on-site look-sees, we build a solid, realistic project scope that anchors your technical needs right to your day-to-day operational goals.

Outcome: A crystal-clear project roadmap, functional requirements you can actually use, and a rock-solid, detailed Scope of Work (SOW).
Before implementation begins, our technical team maps out and validates the complete solution. Our technical team gets to work mapping out and validating the entire solution. We handle everything from the control narratives and network architecture down to the electrical schematics, I/O assignments, and HMI concepts. Every single detail of the design goes through a strict review process, making sure the system will run exactly the way it’s supposed to and integrate seamlessly with your current setup.
Outcome: A fully compliant CSA/UL design package—complete with all drawings, I/O lists, network architecture, and HMI mockups—ready for your final sign-off.
Once the solution is approved, Valley coordinates the control panel solution, hardware integration, PLC/RTU/HMI/SCADA programming, and system testing. We work with qualified panel partners and suppliers to ensure the required control hardware is delivered in accordance with project specifications and applicable CSA/UL requirements.
Rigorous testing and verification are performed throughout the implementation process to ensure the complete control system is reliable, compliant, and ready for deployment.
Outcome: A fully integrated, programmed, and factory-tested control system ready for deployment.
We don’t just hand over the keys and walk away. Our team stays right there with you through the heavy lifting of installation, commissioning, and start-up. Valley’s field technicians and automation specialists handle the gritty on-site testing, loop checks, and system tuning, while making sure your team gets thorough operator training and a smooth Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) process. Once everything is up and running, we stick around with ongoing support to keep your systems performing at their best for the long haul.
